Introduction
• Please read carefully the following terms and conditions as they
constitute a binding agreement between you and Flour. By accessing the website or by using any of Flour’s services, you
agree to these terms and conditions.
Payment and Cancellation Policy
• All prices are non-negotiable and priced according to your order, exact
design and the size of your product.
• Payment (total value of the product and full delivery price if applicable) is required to secure your order and chosen date with
Flour. Collection and delivery times will be agreed with Flour and is dependent on time slots availability on that date.
• Flour retains the right to cancel the booking in exceptional circumstances beyond their control, such as fire or illness, during such times, a full refund of any monies paid will be made as soon as possible.
• Cancellations will only be accepted up to 48 hours prior to the agreed delivery or collection time.
Best Before Date/Storage Conditions
• Each product is made to order so although every effort is made to ensure consistency, small variations may occur from the colour and design requested.
• Our products are baked to ensure they are fresh on the date of your event and not just for the date of collection.
• I cannot guarantee the quality of the product if consumed more than 24
hours after the event.
• Your products need to be kept at room temperature in a cool dry room and must not be refrigerated
• Flour will not be held liable if items are not consumed during the recommended time frame or are stored in an incorrect manner. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the storage conditions are adhered to.
Collection and Delivery
• Products can only be collected from my premises at the prearranged time
and date. The collection address for all orders is Red Bank, TN and the full address will be supplied to you on placement of your
booking.
• Delivery charge is dependent on time and distance to the venue. There is a minimum delivery charge of $6 for up to 5 miles
• It is your duty to examine the product upon collection/delivery to ensure
that the order is intact and that the products have not been damaged in
transit, if we make the delivery. We do not accept any liability for product
damage once it has left our control.
• You are required to enter full and accurate details for delivery including
the name, address and zip code. We will not be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information being supplied by you.
• If there is no one present to receive the delivery at the agreed delivery date and time, then it will be deemed ‘Failed Delivery’. The product will be returned to Flour and you will be responsible for collecting
the product from the business premises in Red Bank, TN. I am unable to refund the order cost or delivery charges for failed deliveries
